Meaningful Work

At James Posey Associates, you will have the opportunity to contribute to diverse projects that impact history, culture and community. Our staff is involved in preserving our nation’s cultural assets on projects of historic significance, many of which house critical government and civic operations. Our portfolio includes design for a variety of healthcare facilities that provide an environment for critical medical research, testing and treatment. Career Development

Professional growth is encouraged by guidance from senior staff members, exposure to evolving industry trends, and tracking of personal goals. At James Posey Associates, you will have the opportunity to learn project design and management skills from experienced team members, and new industry trends in MEP equipment and concepts from industry experts. Attendance at industry networking events and memberships in AEC societies are encouraged. Support is provided for professional licensure examination, discipline certifications and continuing education. We also offer partial tuition reimbursement for discipline-related courses. Our annual review process is designed to establish mutual goals for growth and advancement.

Community Involvement

James Posey Associates builds relationships within the community by being a good corporate citizen and providing employees with opportunities to get involved and give back. The firm supports leadership within industry and community organizations, and encourages participation in charitable giving through sponsorships, food drives, and volunteer activities. JPA fosters the future of engineering by providing mentorship to engineering students, and scholarship opportunities to eligible high school and college students.
