Joe Dwyer joins JPA

Joe Dwyer recently joined JPA as an MEP Construction Administrator.  With more than 30 years of experience, Joe’s extensive AEC career includes working as both an electrician and construction administrator, where he managed numerous K-12 and higher ed assignments.
