Justin joined JPA as a Mechanical Engineer in 2009 after earning Master of Science in Architectural Engineering and Bachelor of Architectural Engineering degrees from Pennsylvania State University. Obtaining his professional engineering license in 2012, he served as Senior Mechanical Project Manager from 2018 to 2024, was elected to Vice President and Principal in 2025, and became the firm’s sixth President in January 2026.
