Kevin joined James Posey Associates in 1992 with a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering degree from Pennsylvania State University and earned a Master of Fire Protection Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park in 1999. He served as Vice President and Principal from 2007 until 2013, and as the firm’s fifth President from 2013 through 2025. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Maryland and several other states and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
