Mark joined JPA in 2014 as a mechanical engineer after earning a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. As an Associate, Mark specializes in projects for K-12 and higher education institutions, arts and cultural facilities, and historic properties.
