JPA design in progress on two major Montgomery College projects

JPA is part of Cho Benn Holback’s winning team to provide design services for a new 125,000-SF Student Services building on the Rockville campus of this growing community college in Montgomery County, Maryland. When complete, it will house various student services and intake functions and programs serving students, as well as the school of education, the campus security office, and a new central campus plant operation. Additionally, JPA is working with Ziger/Snead on Phase I of a renovation and addition to the Sciences and Applied Studies Building at the Germantown campus. This project involves renovation of the second floor, addition of a third floor and adjacent 3-story towers to the building, and a new building entrance.
