Loiederman Middle School Performing Arts Center

JPA provided MEP/FP engineering design for a new $10M Performing Arts Center at the A. Mario Loiederman Middle School. The 16,446-SF addition to the school’s existing 131,746-SF footprint resulted in a state-of-the-art cultural arts center featuring a prominent lobby area, a main performance space with theatrical LED lighting and sound systems, box office and concession areas, dressing rooms, set construction spaces, and a separate multi-purpose performance classroom. The main performance space has retractable seating and can be separated via motorized partition walls into three smaller multi-purpose performance and rehearsal spaces.
