JPA provided MEP and performance-based fire protection engineering and construction phase services for the $9.5M targeted renovation and addition to this 52,000-SF historic and cultural arts facility. Programming involved full renovation of the Metheny Theater (Level 1), atrium and lobby space upgrades (Levels 1 & 2), and office and MEP systems renovations (Level 3).
