East Columbia Library & 50+ Center

Howard County DPW: Columbia, MD

JPA provided MEP/FP design and LEED certification services for this community center focused on providing neighborhood services for adults aged 50 and older, including therapeutic, wellness, nutritional, educational, social, and volunteer activities. The new 33,000-SF, $3.2M center includes multi-purpose rooms, a fitness center, recreation/craft rooms, food services, offices, and associated support rooms.
