Originally scheduled to build a new mixed-use facility, the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission instead purchased this existing 236,620-SF facility at 1616 McCormick Avenue. JPA is providing MEP/FP and construction phase services for the phased renovation and modernization of the building, which will house the Planning Director and the Development Review, Community Planning, Countywide Planning, Information Management, and Management Services Divisions.
