Theodore Roosevelt Building

General Services Administration (GSA) : Washington, DC

Built around 1963, this 7-story, 500,000-SF building houses the federal government’s Office of Personnel Management (OPM). Re-dedicated in 1992, the building was named the Theodore Roosevelt Federal Building in honor of his contributions as Civil Service Commissioner and his passionate advocacy of the merit system. JPA provided MEP engineering and construction services for this comprehensive design-build  modernization which improved and repaired the building’s MEP systems, and enhanced the facility’s comfort and energy efficiency.
