Jack C. Taylor Conference Center

JPA provided MEP design, construction phase services, and retro-commissioning for this renovation and addition to USNI’s headquarters on the campus of the U.S. Naval Academy. Renamed the Jack C. Taylor Conference Center, the facility provides a platform for events that are intended to stimulate innovative thinking about the complex issues facing our nation. The Sea Services (Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard) use this facility for professional development, educational activities, and face-to-face conversations that fuel intellectual debate. Funded entirely with private donations, the conference center is high-tech venue featuring a 406-seat auditorium, reception spaces, an indoor/outdoor rooftop terrace, five unique meeting rooms, and a broadcast studio. Other program features incorporate sustainable design and meet DoD force protection standards.
