Located in Washington, DC just above Georgetown, this urban mixed-use building received a renovation, upgrade, and modernization. Working for the building developer, JPA provided MEP/FP design, construction phase, and commissioning services for infrastructure upgrades and replacements at this Georgetown University-leased building. Building MEP systems were upgraded or replaced in the 180,000-SF facility, which GU uses for a variety of medical, healthcare, and research spaces.
