JPA provided MEP/FP design and construction phase services for a number of renovation projects under multiple construction packages in this “blended space” student services facility, including 9,000-SF encompassing the Hoya Court dining space, Sellinger Lounge, and connecting corridor spaces; 24,000-SF of space on two levels, including a Barnes & Noble Bookstore; the Uncommon Grounds café and a small coffee shop; and renovation of the east first floor entry.
