Lanham Hall Addition & Renovation
Prince George's Community College : Largo, MD
Designed for LEED Gold certification, this $32M renovation and addition features a 10,777-SF tiered oval lecture hall addition, green roofs, high-performance lighting and HVAC systems, and reduced water-use plumbing. The three-story, 77,249-SF building renovation project expanded student support services and workforce development programs and provided new classrooms along with administrative, office, and lecture spaces. JPA provided MEP/FP design and construction phase services for complete replacement of the facility’s failing building systems.
