Lower School Academic Building

The Bullis School: Potomac, MD

JPA provided MEP/FP design and construction administration services for this new three-story, 40,000-SF lower school building on an undeveloped portion of the school, a K-12 independent institution founded in 1930. The new building includes classrooms, administration spaces, a library, a maker space, and an outdoor learning area. JPA’s scope included the design of raceways and power for technology and security systems, interior and exterior site lighting, and sustainability design in compliance with Montgomery County’s 2018 lgCC.
