Center for Entrepreneurship & Dining Commons Expansion
Tower Hill School: Wilmington, DE
Arising out of their master plan and recognizing the need for enhancements to their educational space, this $8.4M project – the Center for Entrepreneurship & Dining Commons Expansion – represents a strategic, comprehensive, and cost effective solution to create new learning and creative spaces, and prepare existing spaces for the school’s future size and programmatic needs. Project scope involves renovation and an addition to the existing upper school and middle school library and science building to create the new 16,600-SF Center; and a 5,500-SF dining commons expansion, including enclosing an existing courtyard.
Located in Wilmington, Delaware and situated on a 44-acre campus, The Tower Hill School has a student enrollment of approximately 727 students in grades preschool to 12th. JPA has been providing MEP/FP master planning, study, engineering design, and phased implementation for a number of campus projects and infrastructure improvements.
