Quarterfield Elementary School
Anne Arundel County Public Schools: Severn, MD
This project involved the on-site replacement of an existing 49,130-SF school originally constructed in 1969. The new 84,000-SF LEED Silver facility used the County’s prototype design for elementary school construction and included a two-pipe chilled/heating water distribution system; plumbing and natural gas piping systems; and new power, lighting, A/V, data, communications, building security, and fire alarm systems.
