HCC Student Center Expansion
Hagerstown Community College: Hagerstown, MD
This $15M addition (29,229-SF) and renovation (19,000-SF) project involved a two-story expansion and outdoor patio, bringing the total square footage of the indoor and outdoor areas to 59,000-SF. Programmed spaces feature additional food and dining options, a campus store, various student activity spaces, lounges, meeting rooms, a patio and recreational areas, and faculty and club offices.
