Public Safety Facility

JPA provided MEP/FP design and construction phase services for this new $55M public safety building to primarily house the City’s police department, which had relocated from its former Fairview Avenue location. The building also includes the City’s Emergency Operations Center and the IT and Fire and Rescue Departments. Overall, the facility encompasses a 68,000-SF office building; a 6,000-SF evidence processing and storage building; 3,400-SF of warehouse space; dedicated, secured, and partially covered shelter for vehicles; and surface parking for staff, visitors, and emergency services vehicles.
