JPA provided design and engineering for the HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems for this $140M project, the first major new building constructed in downtown Baltimore since the 1990s. This 781,000-SF project involved design and construction of a 28-story mixed-use building comprised of Class A office, luxury residential, retail, and parking: Level 1 contains the main tenant and residential lobbies and retail spaces; Levels B2-8, below- and above-grade parking spaces; Levels 9-17, offices; Levels 18-27, residential apartments; and Level 28, residential amenity spaces such as meeting and gathering rooms, outdoor event spaces, and a rooftop swimming pool. The project achieved LEED Silver certification.
