JPA would like to welcome Nabil Habiballah, PE, PMP, LEED AP, and James Kang to the team. Nabil will be supporting construction phase services as a Construction Engineer for our government work. James will be supporting the Electrical Department as a Project Engineer. Both are joining the firm on May 18th.
